Exclusive & Private Champagne Balloon Flight -
$295 per person* Exclusive Rate - only passengers from your reservation or group will be flown in the same balloon basket. No other passengers will be paired with you in the same basket. Three (3) or more passengers in your party will reduce the price to $285 per person. A minimum of two (2) passengers required per reservation.
*All flights consist of approximately a one hour flight with a complimentary champagne toast and snacks (appropriate for the time of day) after your flight. Non-alcoholic and soft drinks are always available and complimentary as well.
All flight reservations must be paid in full prior to receiving a Flight Confirmation. We gladly accept Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard. Personal identification will be required to verify checks and all information on the credit card is required.
Gratuities are optional, but always appreciated.
We will be glad to assist you with any special needs or requests regarding your personal choice of champagne, foods and snacks for either during or after your flight. We are proud to recommend several local restaurants and catering establishments that prepare the very best in variety, taste and presentation. Cancellation Policy -
Our cancellation policy is designed with several basic premises. First and foremost is passenger safety and comfort. Second, it is with regard and consideration of all our scheduled passengers that plan for and arrive on-time to enjoy the complete experience of a fun and exciting hot air balloon ride. Our professional flight and chase crews have planned for and are ready to provide you with the utmost in service and care.
Passengers have 72 hours (3 days) to cancel or change their reservation. The 72 hour period is measured backwards from the passenger show-up time (as specified in the Flight Confirmation e-mail sent to passengers) at the launch location on the day of their flight. Any passenger-initiated cancellation within 72 hours (3 days) of the prearranged and specified passenger show-up time will cause a non-refundable forfeiture and loss of any payments or full gift certificate face value for that flight reservation.
Passengers that arrive later than their assigned passenger show-up time (as specified in the Flight Confirmation e-mail sent to passengers) for whatever reason (i.e. inadequate driving time planning, traffic, personal schedule conflicts, etc.) will cause their flight to be shorter if the pilot determines that a flight is still possible (considering weather conditions, daylight remaining, etc.). If the pilot determines the flight is not possible and is canceled because of the passenger's excessively late arrival or total failure to show up, this will cause a non-refundable forfeiture and loss of any payments or full gift certificate face value for that flight reservation.
Hunterdon Ballooning, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any flight at any time - up to and including the prearranged passenger show-up time or launch time. This typically relates to, or is caused by an updated analysis of weather conditions (both current and forecast), or equipment related issues (balloon, inflation fans, chase vehicle, etc. and related accessories).
Any confirmed reservation cancellation (with no plan or intent of rescheduling) initiated by the customer prior to the 72 hour period (3 days) will be subject to a flat 10% bank processing and administrative handling fee if the reservation deposit is made by credit card. Deposits made by check or cash will be refunded 100% if cancelled prior to 72 hours (3 days). All refunds will be in the form of checks mailed to the customer within 10 business days of cancellation or processed on credit card used for the reservation.
